Everywhere you go, except on your phone!

A recent trip to Kumasi highlighted that there was serious competition among the telecom companies for who could paint the most buildings. Nothing was spared - homes, shops, sheds, bus stops, even a church! MTN won hand's down, with Vodaphone a close second. Despite that proof, nothing prepared me for the sight below I saw on the weekend at the beach close to where I live.

I just wish they would be more serious and that my calls and service would be
everywhere I go as well. I guess we will just have to take 'heart and hope' from what one of the boats (see pic above) now proudly display - all things by God - even MTN!

These pictures made me smile. A bit like selling what you don't have, huh?

Goodness I can remember being in Ghana and all the kiosks advertising that they did IDD calls yet none of them had or knew the codes for calling any other countries. Like going into a restaurant and being told "What you didn't bring your own food to cook?". This be Ghana.
